DemBiz is proud to welcome Elizabeth Falcone, Chief of Staff for Senator Mark Warner and Mike Henry, Chief of Staff for Senator Tim Kaine. Please join us Friday, April 12th, for an engaging discussion with the two chiefs.

Elizabeth Falcone is Chief of Staff to Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA). An expert on healthcare, budget, and education issues, Elizabeth has been with the office since 2010, initially joining as senior advisor before becoming the Senator’s legislative director in 2015. Elizabeth began her legislative career in the U.S. House of Representatives and previously worked for Rep. Jim Cooper (D-TN), where she advised on the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”).

Mike Henry is Chief of Staff to Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA). A seasoned Democratic strategist, Mike has been active in Virginia and national Democratic campaigns for over 30 years. Over his career, Mike has successfully led the campaigns for Governor and Senate for both Tim Kaine and Mark Warner, elected a U.S. Senator in Florida, served as deputy campaign manager for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 campaign, and worked with Bono’s ONE Campaign, among many other races. Mike has served as Sen. Kaine’s chief of staff since 2013.
